01. Gig news: Wed 13 December

Dec 13 flyer Deathline hit the road again (Curtain Road in Shoreditch to be precise) with our brand of dark rocking sounds next wednesday 13th of December to play the excellent Rock n Roll Ain't Noise Pollution club with The Gemma Ray Ritual.

We've been working on four or five new songs and we can promise that we'll play at least the easiest one of them that night, so come and laugh and point as we forget the words, chords, tune and even the direction we're meant to be facing!

Entry is a measly £3 with this flyer (←) - just print this email. Simplicity itself.

We'll be onstage first, sometime after 8pm when the doors open. Be there early to buy us booze and confuse us!

As usual, we'd really appreciate you being there. Thanks

02. Virtual Deathline on the tellybox tomorrow

Meanwhile, back in the unreal world, our virtual selves played an exclusive one off gig a couple of weeks ago in the exciting digital world called Second Life.

It was all for a BBC1 "Imagine" documentary about Internet culture that is going out tomorrow night (Tues 5th) at 10.35pm. Which explains why the show was watched by a virtual and rather scary Alan Yentob.

It's likely to be a "blink and you'll miss it" appearance, so make sure you set those videos.

Deathline will be making more public appearances in Second Life soon. If you're already a resident of Second Life, why not join our group (it's like a MySpace friend list) called, imaginatively, Deathline for announcements and such.
